As approved by SYB the hospital ship Odysseus is more than welcome to call on Yer Bouti City.
With a YB UIN team still deployed between Eurasian and Rod forces out East it is however not seen as impartial to host a carrier from either side at this time.
YB hopes to maintain open and fair contacts with both sides.

Sheik Yer Bouti makes a surprise visit to the East of the country.
Arriving at exercise "Hy de Hi" in the Butlins area.

The air defence exercise is to help combine different systems into a new
single integrated force.

The S-300 is now considered fully operational

The RODS Odysseus is very excited to be making port in Yer Bouti this afternoon. The other ships of 1st SHAM will make port in a neighboring country while the Odysseus is in port. We understand the concerns and the ROD would have done the same thing.

We are looking forward to some shopping, food, and some delicious Yer Bouti brew!

We very much look forward to the visit of the RODS Odysseus all generosities will be extended.
It may be possible for informal talks regarding cooperation in emergency and relief operations can take place.
A senior YB Naval officer and team will helicopter out to assist with the docking and pilotage.
Full information from the cultural Officer should help pave the way for a successful, enjoyable and safe run ashore by the crew.

Yer Bouti is a very open and forward thinking Country, there is a long history of the people enjoying life to the fullest.

The only area of sensitivity may be found with regard to golf.
The game of golf is banned throughout the Nation. Foreigners wearing Arnold Palmer slacks or socks are often refused service. Locals found with golf clubs fair much worse!
There is a State funded program to educate the rest of the World to the ills and folly of this so called sport.
Lawn bowling is just about accepted in the urban areas so long as you have a drink in hand but is not recommended out in the homelands.

Due to the increase in shenanigans in Central America and the Canadian East coast, security is stepped up ahead of the ROD Navy's port'o call.

Marines out on the water and in the air.

The ROD sailors and soldiers would like to thank Yer Bouti for their hospitality during the recent 1st SHAM port call. We will certainly be returning to Yer Bouti for future port calls and visits. We look forward to further cooperation and collaboration!

Way ahead of you Mech but it all takes time.
The airport is out of question at the moment (ongoing fighting).
The main road North to Yer Bouti from Mauritania is very poor and unsafe (control is passing between different groups) IED's and mines are in use.
Trying to get a ferry down there if safe but movement around the city is slow and dangerous.

The Canadian Military is demanding Yer Bouti an explanation into what happened in Mauritania that lead to our forces defeat, and why was YB supporting the Brown Trousers Terror Group?

Kinda cheeky for a foreign country like Canada to ask some other country why Canada got chased out of a country it invaded several times without accomplishing anything but getting a lot of its own soldiers killed. Canada's response to those attempting to provide training assistance has been to reject it with insults and an obtuse failure to listen.

this is just another demonstration of where Canada's military and civilian leadership has their collective heads. And still trying to pick a fight with somebody, hoping to blame someone else for its own failures, looking to thin out its own troops a bit more.

We're trying to investage what happened in Mauritaina so our Canadian Armed Forces does not end up in a similar incident again, the ROD had been a huge help in giving us the ideas and suggestions to retrain the Armed Forces.

YB is receiving another check from Natural Resource Royalties of $43M for the month. It is smaller than normal making a large insurance payment to Lloyd's of London for Risk coverage premium.
The UIN announced an award for Sheik Yer Bouti for the Peaceful Neighbor Award, for outstanding peace, kindness. This occurred during intense activity including military conflict in the adjacent nation. "The Sheik displayed great courage, leadership and compassion during this most difficult time."
Details are being worked out if a presentation in front of the entire UIN assembly or a presentation in YBCity.

Happy to help.
Long before the K-nuks turned up here the brown trousers had a beef against the Al-Kabab.
Since the BT were actively fighting Al-Kabab on YB's Southern border this put them in the good books of the Sheik.
When the K-nuks landed in the city they started out by attacking the homes and families of the said Brown Trousers.
If you go back and check the bottom of page 56 (CofC) you will find a bunch of your poor troops cut off and hiding in the dark from the people they had just attacked.
It is very possible that they are rescued and taken to safety by members of the YB Army! It sure was not the BT's that helped you...was it.

After this you turned your full attention to destroying the BT, in doing so the BT stopped fighting Al-Kabab to put all efforts into defending themselves and their homes.

As the Sheik sees it Canada's actions only benefited Al-Kabab and no one else.

GM Note.
The Sheik is taking a time out. Yer Bouti was well on the way to becoming too large of a Nation and it did not seem right. Lots of aircraft, 250+ MBTs, subs, S-300 etc.
Rest assured the Sheik will return later in the year but as it was originally planned.
A small dry Country with a bumbling head of state.

I also have some terrain projects in the works that will only work in a more Northern/Western clime. I need to paint something green again.

Until his return remember "Sheik Yer Bouti".
