Yeaahhh, the point I was making was its association with Nazism and the Third Reich made use of the name a BAD IDEA.

Northern Syria
The Turks are showing resistance, fighting against the armor units Merkavas in slow pursuit, destroying several M60A3 tanks, as the Merkavas advanced followed by the Namers, ATGMs fired from the houses and business building of northeastern Aleppo. The Trophy systems which did not work effective in the previous engagement, were adjusted. As the ATGMs came in automatic IR smoke fired degrading the sighting of some of the ATGM gunners. The the Trophy fired as the missiles are a few meters away. Two get through, hitting one Merkava on front armor, detonates with light damage to painted and drivers vision ports. The other ATGM hits the top of the turret killing the platoon commander with his head out, taking out the weapon station, and communication antennae, burning the cooler on top.
The M113/120 fire in the area of the launch sites of the anti-tank missile crews, hitting them with HE. 3 died and 6 wounded from the 30 rounds fired. The mortar rounds destroyed two launchers.
Predator drones circle overhead finding two M577 tracks, firing a Hellfire at each, one is heavily damaged. The other hit a tree as the M577 drove into a corpse of trees.
UCAV drones indicate that Turkey has brought up heavier armor and other reinforcements, since the M60A3 battalion is at a critical stage, losing effectiveness as a fighting unit.

The New Canadian forces are now caught in a cross fire by not only AL- Kabab and the Syrians, but now the Turks in Aleppo, after the CofC made a rather sudden (and careless) charge straight into the Turkish forces in the north end of the city, now we are fighting a war on three fronts now, the troops that entered into the city are cut off from one another and casualties are mounting.

The Commander McTavish of the New Canadian forces, is now quite furious and frustrated by this turn of events, and made a rather angry and frantic call to the rest of the forces deployed to move into the city and try to rescue them.

Northern Syria
Let's see, Canada indicated the the Commonwealth forces made a sudden and careless straight into the Turkish forces. The "impulsive, reckless, careless" calling us sudden and careless. Interesting perspective. Sudden, sure, but thought out, even if we have not planned for each possibility.Just because you are fighting on 3 fronts, know that it is not our responsibility. We were pushing the Turkish forces back as they were near and planning to enter Aleppo since New Canada pulled out twice.
. Our intel indicates that Turkish Leopard 2A4 are just north of Aleppo, so they appear to be closer to the New Canadian forces, supported with Marders, both of which were acquired from Germany. I am sure that the 120mm smooth-bore cannon will wake you up with its report.
.
The Commonwealth forces push on the Turkis line, to back them up 4 miles from current positions. We will advance 3 miles at the most, leaving a mile between for safety demarcation zone. The Turkish command acknowledge the pull back plan. They do want to eliminate Al-Kabab and their terrorist programs in the area, wanting a safe zone.

Aleppo Syria.
The New Canadian forces and the Turkish land forces are now engaged in a Protracted stalemate in the ruins of the city, the Syrians and AL-Kabab militants have already fled from the scene once New Canadian reinforcements arrive. Nether the New Canadians nor the Turks could not gain any ground as the rubble and shell craters from weeks before made it quite difficult to maneuver infantry and vehicles around, this is gonna be a grinding battle.

Aleppo Syria
The Turkish forces began a massive arttilery attack on the New Canadian forces entrenched in city, showering the area with M109, M110 shells, and M270 rockets all over the New Canadian trenches some struck buildings, but the Canadians held firm, then the Turks sent a wave of infantry supported by Leapord 2A4s and BTR-80s, the New Canadians began to fire back to hold off this wave MGs, Carl Gustiafs, TOWs, and their own Leopard 2 Tanks and LAVs. The wave has been repelled after 2 hours worth of Combat, the New Canadians must come up with a new plan to break this stalemate fast. At the Cover of night, a group of Turkish Special Ops forces appeared right behind New Canadian Lines and starts to target our stockpiles of supplies, the Princess Patricas light infantry fought desperately against these Spec Ops forces, in the end dispite having no idea on how to overcome these types of units, we managed to drive the spec ops away, but now it left us weakened, and will take awhile to restablish a flow of supplies.

Syria
In response to the Canadians in Aleppo the CoC is exercising operational attacks on Turkish military to affect their capacity to fight, at least that is the plan.
There are not any Turkish military of any size due west of Aleppo and the Commonwealth forces. As the Commonwealth has our organization 4 miles due west of Aleppo outer edge. We conduct observation drone flights and helicopter patrols to ensure that the area is clear.
. The CoC Army is setting up a new attack helicopter for deployment, the Denel Rooivalk. It is more heavily armored than the AH-1 Cobra. A dozen A-4, F-4, and one wing of F-16 flew in on ground attack missions on armor formations, logistics targets artillery,. A dozen F-16 flew the SEAD mission. A dozen F-16 were flying ACAP. Two planes were shot down today, an A-4 and F-4 Phantom. The pilot of the A-4 is reportedly of have not survived. There is not any report of the Phantom air crew. There was a supply column of 40 trucks or so that was hit by A-4, photo evaluation indicate that over 20 trucks are burning. This is the area that the A-4 was lost earlier today.
. Drones flew observation and attack profile missions today, contributing to the success of the new operational targeting and tempo.

Seeing that the Turkish forces are now crippled by the CofC aircraft, the New Canadian forces took the chance and rann straight towards the remaining Turks in a massive charge, the Turks where overwhelmed and surrendered. This area of Aleppo is now secured, we will establish a FOB camp here, and get a line of communications going to our LZ at Ras El Bast.

Back at The Feild HQ, Commander McTavish and his fellow Officers toasted to their major victory over the Turks, the road to the city will be now secure enough to send supplies in without problems.

Aleppo Syria
With the Area in the Northern end of the city secured, the Establishment of the FOB is underway, setting up roadblocks at the streets, getting some temporary buildings erected to house the command staff. The Turkish prisoners we captured yesterday, are being held up in a medium sized house we converted into a makeshift holding cell, their Equipment has since been taken away from them to be destroyed so they pose no threat.

A call has been sent to the New Canadian Red Cross to send aid workers into our area of Aleppo to care for the locals who live there, the military police is also called in to restore law and order to these people as well and to hopfully make them not side with Al-Kabab.

Commander McTavish hopes that there won't be anymore surprises waiting for us as we travel deeper into the city to clear out the militants that escaped.

Syria,
The evaluation of the last 48 hours air operations indicated some success, some near success and missed opportunities. Apparently, the battle damage impact was much more significant than we expected. The Air Command was expecting days if not weeks to degrade the forces Turkey had deployed. Perhaps the command, logistics of the Turkish forces is a weak link, or it was a political decision made by Turkey.

In further conversation with Turkey, they have agreed to pull back at least 20 miles within two three days. Aleppo is 217 miles from the nearest border with Turkey. How much of a safe zone does Turkey really need. The CoC military is respecting Canada's goal of taking Aleppo, and Commonwealth does not plan to enter Aleppo unless on a temporary basis.

The few prisoners of Turkey are being transported to Turkish forces, and expect to provide the remain of Turkish soldiers and then receive the remains of our pilot and some infantry.

Logistical build will continue even with the cessation of hostilities with Turkey. The next target is Al-Kabab. and the splinter group ITIS. Discussion of deploying a battalion of Werewolf for urban areas is being discussed. Trainers have arrived into Northern Syria for discussion, assessment of the possible environment for the conduct of conflict.

Aleppo Syria
The New Canadian forces are now moving deeper into the city to root out any more militants, so far no sign of them as if AL-Kabab just left the scene, though we did come across small pockets of Syrian forces, but they did not put up much of a fight, and scattered. eventually we found the main government building in the city center, the 49th Edmonton regiment will be tasked to guard the building, so that once the situation in Syria is under control, we can give it back to a new Syrian government.

Meanwhile in the northern end of the city, the Military police are keeping the locals back, until the New Canadian Red Cross could setup a aid station at the FOB.

Syria.
A Letter from the NCAF Administration has arrived addressed to Commander McTavish, it reads.

"To Commander McTavish
We would like to congratulate you on the successful mission in Aleppo, since AL-Kabab is presumably removed in the city, we request that all of the Main force and artillery regiments are to be sent back home to New Canada, your revised mission in Aleppo is now is to perform a peacekeeping mission in the city using only the reserve regiments you have under your command.

Good luck, NCAF Administration Office."

All of the Main Force and artillery regiments are now in the process of leaving Syria bound to New Canada, leaving only the reserve infantry and armor regiments behind to keep the peace in Aleppo.

P-3 patrol aircraft From Whidbey airbase took pictures earlier around Vancouver Island There have been rumors of this vessel for months and months. Has capability for surface and sub-surface interdiction, special forces deployment, access denial, etc.

This along with several coastal artillery units, this will have influence into Washington state waters north to Eski, Graham Island down to Oregon, East to NES Canada, out west into the Pacific.
