Several dozen dirt roads had ditch obstacles across the road to inhibit traffic from Eski to Canada. Days later, they were filled in where vehicle could get through if moving slowly, taking extra 15 seconds to get through prior to entering Canada.
Work crews have gone out to dig the ditch on the various dirt roads. Sometime they drive down a road 15-20 miles, create the obstacle, then drive back go to the next dirt road moving north.
About 18 trucks went on their distribution run to various clinics and hospitals. Police in a small town pulled a truck over, After having a discussion and providing a free sample an then a large box containing about 6 lbs, they were released. The price continues to drop in Canada.

This illegal distrubution of free Cannabis has negatively affected the country's health care system, as the majority of people are using this banned plant as alternative medicine, the NCSX reported a huge drop in stocks from various ph-armaceutical companies including the one that produced insulin. We got to stop these illegal shipments of Cannabis rom coming into the country or our health care system could collapse. A notification of the Cannabis prohibition act has been sent to the law firm that is an agent to the shipping company in Eski asking them to stop the shipping cannabis to New Canada.

Eski Finance Director
The stocks of ** CENSORED ** companies dropping is not a concern of Eski, that is the risk of investors... market risk, interest rate risk, industry segment risk, legal-government-tax risk, & company risk, etc.
To follow up on your comment, "We got to stop these illegal shipments of Cannabis rom coming into the country or our health care system could collapse. A notification of the Cannabis prohibition act has been sent to the law firm that is an agent to the shipping company in Eski asking them to stop the shipping cannabis to New Canada."
Please stop the illegal shipments of Cannabis. That is not illegal in Eski. One is permitted to own, transfer and consume cannabis. You are welcome to 'stop those illegal shipments'.

The law firm of Simpson & Cochran has received the notification. The premise is wrong, client is subject to Karmanaskis Laws. A subsidiary division is subject to the laws of Eski, where it is domiciled. But neither are domiciled in Canada nor operate in Canada, thus not subject to Canadian laws in any way. Guess Canada can send 10, 50, 100 or even a 1,000 more notifications.

Client is subject to Karmanaskis Law? That island nation did show respect to our Prohibition act and ensured that none will be sent to New Canada? Besides you cannot ship Cannabis to our country willy nilly, without the expressed permission from the New Canadian Government, the Minister of Trade, and Health Canada, but since we have no interest in the plant both for recreational use and Medical use, the answer is no, Cannabis is banned in the country. If you could divert all the Cannabis shipping away from New Canada, that will help stabilize our country's Health Care System, who relies on the Major Ph-armaceutical Company's to manufacture and distribute treatments to our clinics and hospitals.

The reply to Canada from Simpson & Cochran Firm,
The response from the Canadian Ministry of Health is amusing, you might not use cannabis, but the drug you are consuming is much stronger, must come in a white powder since your must be high.
Your concern on the drug-pharm companies is your concern, not ours. Our client has not broken any laws. They provide a legal product to people who legally purchase. The Canadian Healthcare system is their issue, not our client, or are you providing free healthcare to the people of Eski, Karmanaskis, etc?
. 20 trucks entered along the southern border of Canda from the US at various places and times. In Toronto, free samples were given out to medical clinics, doctor offices, and to the local dealers just trying to make a living. On dealer had served in the New Canadian Army, but when his unit was wiped out by inept leadership, he got out and now serves the needs of people for health and recreational use.

Im sure this must be a misunderstanding, even though is legal to use Cannabis in Karmanaskis and Eski, but Its not the case in New Canada, we have our law that Bans the use of Cannabis in the country, and these company's shipping efforts are breaking that Law we created in order in make Canada a much healthier place to be. The Government of Karmanaskis has shown respect for our Country's laws and made sure that NONE of their Cannabis products ends up in Canada.

We as a government never permitted this, we do not want the plant in country, Health Canada is not interested in Cannabis, so please show respect for our Nations Laws and end in this pointless cannabis shipping to the country.

The RCMP and local police in Toronto are out in full force in a series of raids carried out to find these illegal Cannabis shops and shut them down, the plant is confiscated and destroyed.

Since its becoming apparent that New Canadian Citizens wants Cannabis, fine, the Goverment has decided to end the renewed Cannabis Prohibition Act, and allowed Cannabis to be sold in the country...But under very tight restrictions that will be layed down once we figure out how to make Cannabis work for profit wise.

Simpson & Cochran Law Firm
It is a misunderstanding... that you have made and seem to continue. The firm we represent does not distribute any cannabis in Canada, they have not every shipped and/or distributed any in Canada. They may or may not have provided any to an organization and/or people that may or may not have taken any into Canada.
. Our client would like to be the preferred provider of cannabis in Canada. They have great expertise with cannabis. We can set up a Canadian company that would be regulated and controlled by the laws of Canada. We do not know who the firm, business, organization and/or people are that are involved. Our client has great respect for the laws of your land, of New
. A plane with millions of seeds for cannabis dropped the seeds in fields in the wooded are. The locations are GPS marked. Not sure of who would want to know, but someone does. Oh, 4 more planes did the same type of operation in other areas covertly.

In this series of posts on this thread, I'm going over the organization, training, and Tactics of the New Canadian Armed Forces.

First is their Organization.

National Defence HQ: Home to the NCAF council who dictates the operations of the whole military, and its also the main Offices for the Army, Navy, and Airforce.

NCAF Administration: The bureaucratic hub of the whole organization who tasked to handle all the information and distributes orders too and from the other departments, CFBs and the council itself. It is a slow boring and grinding work with offices spaces being cluttered full of documents and papers but its the machine that keeps it all together.

Officers Academy: this prestigious Academy is where the training of Commissioned Officers are held for all the branches of the Armed Forces.

NCO Academy: this recent addition to the organization, is where the Sergeants and Midshipman go to receive their training to serve as the backbone of the Armed forces.

College of Military Strategy: this college is home to a library dedicated to handing books pertaining to Military strategy's and tactic's, and its where the Strategists, and Tactical advisors are trained, to use NCAF approved doctrines, and uphold the New Canadian Warfare Standards.

Department of Foreign Military Relations: these people specialize in maintaining military relations between the NCAF and Military's of Foreign Countries, like the ROD, or the KDF.

Department of Logistics: they handle all the logistical requirement for the Armed Forces, from fuel to weapons, etc.

Department of Base Development: Handles the establishment of bases both home and abroad, their army of construction works and surveyors can lay down.

Department of Weapons Acquisition: These people handle the procurement of New weapons and equipment that meet the NCAF's standards and needs for the military.

Department of Human Resources: they handle the personal needs of the Individual soldiers who serve in the armed forces.

NCAF Military Tribunal: The Military Court system of the NCAF, whos job it is to maintain law and order in every branch of the military.

NCAF Medical Department: they are the primary distributor of medical supplies, and the training of field medics for the Medical Platoons.

Department of military recruitment: They take on the task of handling the registration of new recruits for the NCAF, and then transfers them to the Regimental Bases for training based on the roles their assigned to on the form.

Seems like a pretty solid organizational structure. it takes a whole lot of people and infrastructure to keep a modern army running.

And who, where, and when decides what will be trained, when, where. Stuff doesn't just happen. Trained troops must continually train together and individually. Ya just don't "jine up" and pop out as a trained soldier able to function in a effective fighting team. Tasks and missions must be defined at every level. Individual and collective training must be integrated and repetitively conducted. It was said of the Romans "There drills were bloodless battles and their battles bloody drills." Your officers and soldiers must be trained to do their jobs by reflex. When they need to use a LAW, they can't have to think about step one, step two, oh, ** CENSORED **, what in the hell is step three? " FOOP! "Oh ** CENSORED **! That was one of ours..."

nothing seen of this in your program or organization...

Great organization arrangement. hope it works for new Canada.
Probably will be extemely successful as they have a rich tradition of success.

Not sure how Aleppo will work out, we shall see if they leave Aleppo for the 3rd and final time or might try it a few more times.
.
The CoC has deployed a brigade of armor and mechanized infantry. Off loading from the tank haulers has taken place, now 5 mile outside Aleppo proper, among houses and business in rough terrain, with large gullies, hills, rock cropping and small valleys.
