The NCAF council are in an emergency meeting to go over the incident with the flag officers hats. The incident happened right after the council rejected the idea of forming a Special Forces unit for the NCAF. The Council is perplexed by this. Why would a group of people keep swapping hat sizes of our three flag officers, but they do have a plan on how to catch them.

Wow. Who might have taken the hats, swapped them out and put in Putinville business card? Is it a prank, is it a lesson, is it to send a message that you are not safe anywhere?
Could it be a waiter/waitress at the Officer's Club getting revenge for some dastardly act?
Could it be an innocent mistake, a one time event with a screw up with the coat station check in?

Need more money from the treasury to investigate this, estimate of $2,000,000 for through evaluation of all angles.

The RCMP and JAG will handle this investigation by asking the employees at the officer's-club.

NCAF HQ.

(Chief of the Defence Staff): "I swear those KDF people just ceases to amaze me."

(General May): "Yes indeed, their Special Operations Group are the "best of the best"? despite the fact their mere conscripts, ha, how silly are they."

(Admiral Kirk): "Well lets not dabble into the Special Forces topic again, as we did decide not to go ahead with it."

(General Thornton): "Right now lets go over the information that the ROD has given to the College of Military Strategy, im sure that the professors and strategists there has figured out on how these tactics work."

College of Military Strategy, Ottawa.

In the Colleges main studies, the library is littered with books and papers, as the professors and strategists are comparing the info that they acquired by the ROD, to the NCAF doctrines, to find any validity to this.

(Professor Brandon): "Oh uh Sir, I, I did not notice you three where here?"

(General May): " Well we did say we where coming Professor, but it looks like you guys where busy, anything from the RODs info you found that may help our armed forces?"

(Professor Brandon): "Yes we did, mostly the Move and Shoot tactics we found in the US Army manual, I believe that this could work. but that will be up to the New Canadian Warfare Standards Council to decide if these tactics are worth issuing to the infantry, but it does show promise."

(General May): "Good."

(Professor Brandon): "I have also taken a look at this new Special Forces thing that the rest of the world is doing from the internet, aside from the rather...Hard training program, the selection process is what puzzles me, they seem to draw their recruits from the Army, Navy, and Airforce, normally it should be assigned to only one branch of the military, if we did develop a Special Forces unit for the NCAF, what branch should such a unit be assigned too?"

(Admiral Kirk): "Definitely not the RCN, as our personal are only trained in Ship to Ship combat on the open sea, not fighting on land."

(General May): "The RCAF is not a good candidate for a Special Forces unit to be assigned too, sure we have the Canadian Airborne Regiment but they are only used to hold ground ahead on the New Canadian Army, they cannot fight on their own without back up, plus they are just regularly trained troops."

(General Thornton): "The New Canadian Army its possible for the Special Forces unit to be assigned too but that will require a seperate training course. But however the NCAF Council has decided to not pursue this Special Forces Idea, so put that idea away Professor."

(Professor Brandon): "Of course sir, despite it being a good idea I'll agree with the NCAF councils decision on the matter, though this info could also help us counter aginest the enemy's Special Forces unit, but i need to do some more research on this in order to come up with a decent tactic to beat them."

(General May): "Good now get back to work."

My offer to send you US Army field manuals still stands. I know you would prefer British or Canadian doctrinal references, but surely any doctrine is better than no doctrine.

Read FM 7-8 Infantry Rifle Platoon and Squad first. It will teach you the basics for small units that you can build off of. I have it in pdf if you can't find it on that website.

But they still have to acquire both those Cannabis licenses to use the plant and any Cannabis based products, which is obtained though all health Canada facilities across the country.

College of Military Strategy Ottawa.
The New Canadian Warfare Standards Council in a recent review of the FM 7-8 book has recently approved the move and shoot tactic, the first regiment that will receive this is the Princess Patrica's light infantry, once they return from Syria.

The NCWS Council is now in the discussion what counter measures, the NCAF should employ aginest enemy Special Forces units? this comes a week after the Armed Forces Council has rejected the idea of forming such Special Forces units for the NCAF due to lack of evidence of their usefulness.

Did you even read FM 7-8? There is an awful lot of information in that manual.. If you read it, you will find things like forms of offensive maneuver, types of defensive operations, movement formations (file, wedge, etc), movement techniques (traveling overwatch, bounding overwatch, etc), how to cross a linear danger area, how to patrol, operations orders......

I'm not trying to bust your chops here, but there is a lot of information out there that will help you learn to fight. Start with the squad and platoon level, and then once you have a firm grasp of basic tactics you can get bigger and bigger. You're deploying multiple regiments of troops into combat, but your guys don't even know how to tactically cross a road.

It's no use, refleg. They don't know how to tactically use a fanned latrine. There is reason to doubt they know what a latrine us. Probably just foul the corner of a stairwell, the way the French used to do in Versailles.
