Pacific Ocean 120 NM west of Vancouver Island
FFG CHI is requesting permission for a port-o-call for our small task force of 1 destroyer, 2 frigates and a tanker. We are also requesting permission for SSGN to make port as well, even though it is not in this task force. For the SSGN escort a FFG will assist on that assignment if permitted along with any of your port security. Thank you.

Port Laurel, Karma-Naskis.

A frigate and a destroyer from the Chi kingdom have just completed a port'o call to the Port Laurel Naval Base in the North of the island.
They followed the KNS Vidarr (Visby Class) into port two days ago.

A second frigate, a tanker and a sub remained off the North West of the island.
All who wanted to were ferried in and spent at least 24hrs ashore in the Northern town.
A good time was had by all and talks of safety cooperation and training have been had.
The Chi kingdom is one of the largest markets for Karma-Naskis agricultural and baked goods.

Karma-Naskis has strict rules and regs regarding tankers (and nuke power) operating in the inner passage on the East coast of the island.

Since when did Karma-Naskis have a Swedish made stealth corvette in its Navy? I was expecting more along the lines of St Laurent's, Mackenzie's, and maybe a Iroquois Class destoryer?

Thems be big boys boats, 200+ crew on each! A Visby only needs 40+
Karma-Naskis needs small nimble craft for search and rescue around the island.
We have seen an increasing number of people trying to escape the mainland on pool floaties (unicorns seem to be vouge) over 10 picked up today.

4 x Visby in service. Option for 2 more changed to 98m Flexpatrol.
We do have one old frigate (100m, 2400 ton) in refit at the moment.
A large support ship has been under construction for years but the Navy lacks funding and manpower to complete right now.
The sub fleet is very cost effective.

The Commonwealth has been able to offer equipment to countries and governments both as Agent and as Principal. In this transaction we acted as Principal buying the corvettes from European country, transport and outfit to sell to a client.

You do realize that you inadvertently gave Karma-Naskis the ability to stealthily smuggle Cannabis.

Again I dont know why people are fleeing the mainland dont they even realize the dangers of Cannabis to there health and safety, our ban is meant to ensure that this drug will not posse such a threat to Canada as a country.

Thank you. I do not know that I gave their military the option of sneaking cannabis. But if their naval and military use their resources that way, they might have trouble as a misallocation of resources.

Karmanaskis would like to assure the New Canadian Government that it has no interest in smuggling of any kind.
In fact we actively work to counter it. We like to know what is coming and going across our borders. We are not working on a 120mm cross border delivery system either.
We respect the will of the New Canadian Gov and have no wish to effect its laws or way of life, we expect the same in return.

The production and sale of cannabis is controlled by law in Karma-Naskis, if followed it is allowed.
Legal export is a growing industry, it may one day overtake the Canadian production.
Export from Karma-Naskis is not the problem, it is the import into Canada that you need to control. That is what the average Canadian maybe is protesting aboot.
There are many air and ferry crossing a day from the island. 1000s of cars cross the 49th parallel land border too.
Since you changed your laws we have noticed a significant increase in tourism and Canucks seeking asylum from oppression and lack of mellowness.

Salmon tickling is completely against the law and will not be tolerated.

Our laws where never meant to be oppressive they are in place to ensure the safety of Canadian Citizens from outside threats.

The purpose of Cannabis Prohibition Act is to make Canada a "Weed-free" nation to which it was meant to promote a more safe and healthy environment, as a result Cannabis in every form is non-existent in our country, and the production, importing, use, and sale of it is a criminal offense that will lead to jail time and then time in a rehab center.

Point of information... "NavEl" refers to that funny little divot in the lower front of your nasty round belly that is meant to collect lint (kinda like the filter in a clothes dryer). "NAVAL" (note the second "a") refers to your sea-going military forces.

The New Canadian Government is looking into slightly modifying the Cannabis Ban, so the plant can be used in Canada in a heavily restricted and controlled way, so it would not cause a problem with the health of Canadian citizens, while at the same time appease the small minority of people who consume this..rather addictive drug so they will stay in Canada.

But we would like to know which kind of Cannabis is ok to import?

and how to best regulate it?

"But we would like to know which kind of Cannabis is ok to import?"

I don't think you need to import any, your locals have that under control.

"and how to best regulate it?"

Only the Canadians can answer that, Karma-Naskis will not get involved.

The latest batch of conscripts are now all the same and moving as one.

They are still considered green.

Canada does not have any facilities to produce Cannabis anymore due to the ban, in fact the plant itself is rendered extinct in the country years ago, we may have to start from scratch but in Government Controlled Facilities. as for regulations heres what the Canadian Government has in place.

Controlled Cannabis Usage Regulation Bill.

1. You must be 18 or older to use Cannabis
2. You must posses a Cannabis License Card which can be acquired in any Service Canada locations across the country (Cost is $200).
3. You cannot smoke Cannabis in any Public Places.
4. Only buy Cannabis in Government Sanctioned Stores (prices will be high)
5. You will not grow your own Cannabis at home.
6. Cannabis is Banned from All Civilian Work Places and the Canadian Armed Forces.
