Due to the tensions between Karmanaskis and New Canada, the NCAF will not return to Aleppo, all troops that where there previously are being sent home, via jet transports from CFB Lahr in Germany and by ships from the RCN fleet, no further missions in Syria will be conducted.

Wake Island
The departure continues. The island has risen 3 1/2 inches with all that has departed so far. A C-130 plane crashed taking off, moving a bit to the starboard off the runway. 5 injured, being cared for in the medical facilities, which was being taken down until the crash. The plane will be evaluated for savage.
Ft. Amador, Panama,
The air base received B-70 last night and early this morning from Wake Island. F-35s, tankers, C-2 landed after the B-70s. Several C-130 flew in bring in ground crew, equipment and parts.

Shelia with Action News, WFOXY
The Canadian forces in Aleppo, Syria are pulling out again. It is premature exit. This is the fourth time the NCDF has announced their withdraw. This last time, they were back for 4 days after leaving for 5 days. Stability is lacking in the Canadian military and its leadership. Canada deserves better. New Canada is 0 - 12 in conflicts including all withdraws and defeats in conflicts. This is supposed to be a professional military. Grant not able to be victorious all the time but 0 - 12 is not a suitable record. This must change.
.
The CoC Embassy has been evacuated by the Ambassador & staff of the Commonwealth. The ROD Marines were helpful flying out those people out to sea to the awaiting ship. To date, there has not been a real estate firm that has petitioned to sell the property. A few have had discussion to list the property, but nothing beyond conversation, even with it being early in the listing process.

The New Canadian Troops had already left the city days before after hearing the news of Karmanaskis, they have since arrived in Germany for the flight back home or on the RCN ships bound for Halifax.

We sailed first from Ras El Bast to Germany to where we dropped off the infantry regiments in civilian transport buses bound to CFB Lahr to where they flew on CC-707s bound to New Canada.

The reason for the withdrawal from Syria, aside from the Karmanaskis problem, is that our mission in Aleppo was a lost cause.

Was invited to a meeting of business owners in the Aleppo Business District. Will participate in several meetings. The business owners are wanting to grow and build their businesses. Wanting help to create a security force or police force in the industrial area northeast of Aleppo. One of their goals is independence to go along with economic opportunity.
The Aleppo Chamber of Commerce has organized, signing members up, funding will come from a tax has not been collected in years except for Al Kabab or local warlords. The police force will be hired by a group of from the local tax district. Expect to hire several thousand as a police force to help improve security for a safer area to conduct business.

Aleppo, Syria
CoC military is conducting a series of discussion group meetings each with about a dozen business owners to hear of their concerns. Safety of the business, the employees, owners, and customers. Al Kabab is interfering with business in each of those areas. Training is ramping up. Former military, security, police are being trained on gun range, operations & procedural issues, uniforms, vehicles, facilities, etc.
. Two bombs went off in the industrial zone of Aleppo, one in a public market with vendors, families shopping. Killing 11, wounding 23. In another area a bomb went off at an intersection killing a police officer directing traffic and 2 adults in a yellow car, wounding 5 other people. No one has claimed responsibility at this time. Drone over-flights may need to be increased, video upload to determine origin of the bombers.
.
Tripoli, Libya
Some feedback and noise indicating Al Kabab with local group has been involved with some of the bombings in Tripoli. Info coming into Tunis, Tunisia is scant and inconclusive.
. High altitude (HALE) flights conducting electronic and photographic reconnaissance is taking place. HALE (high altitude long endurance) drones are conducting these flights. Some flights being 20 or more hours.
. Deployment to Tunis is continuing, mostly data collection & evaluation units, recon & electronic teams.
.
Puget Sound.
All Commonwealth ships that departed from port will not be returning to Puget Sound. The others are invited to move somewhere else. Welcome for a bit as preparation is made for departure from port.
Whidbey AF Base
The CoC is having a draw down at the base. Flights out are taking place. Supplies and equipment are being on-boarded on cargo/transport ships for departure.

North-eastern Pacific off the coast of Vancouver Island.
20 miles out, a patrol of two frigates, Type 23s, is being conducted. one in ASW with the Towed Array below the thermo-layer. Towards the island of Vancouver a U214 was detected moving from above the thermo-layer to below, the sound very clear when below the layer. Battle stations was called on the Thatcher. A few minutes later the Wilson was at battle stations as well. Systems were armed. The submarine was determined to be about 16 miles away heading south by southeast. It does not seem to either know that the Wilson which had been on a speed run at 35 knots was there or does not care. A H-60 was launch from the Thatcher to close to 9 miles of the sub and 13 miles from shore, to then dip a sonar.
. The submarine 23 minutes later was on the same course, heading 122 degrees. at 550 feet at 12 knots.
The DDH carrier and its task force was 40 miles to the west heading southwest, made a change in direction to the west at 24 knots. The support vessels moved at 18 knots in the same direction. Since they had fallen behind they were a head of this task force. The 3 support vessels were escorted by a Type 23 frigate and Type 45 DDG.

West of Vancouver Island
The two frigates were collecting data on the submarine to the east. It turned in an easterly direction. After a bit the sonar lost track of the submarine in the rocky area near shore with boats and cargo vessels.
.
Rumor has it that there will be a blockade of the river & sea lanes to limit New Canada from send ships out into the Pacific. Between Vancouver Island and the US zone may have effective blockade with a submarine or two, a patrol boat, a helicopter, a plane the coastal artillery. To the north of Vancouver Isl. a blockade can take place with a few more assets because of the distance to Graham Island and the other islands to the south of Graham. There is an Atoll between that Graham has posted a flag on and a small house/bunker with radio. Eski is not enamored with NC (Eski was not selected to import any medicinal products). So it may add its ability to close off the west coast.
. The economic disaster that awaits New Canada if tariffs are applied to imports and exports going through the western wall could be expensive to all Canadians. If things escalate, insurance premiums could skyrocket for Maritime Insurance placement, property & causality insurance with any damage to businesses, homes, and people in the area.

Pacific Ocean West of Vancouver Island
The frigate, FFG Thatcher, with the towed array continued on the same path at 5 knots. Detected a US boomer submerging making noise heading south by southwest, crossing in front of the frigate and disappearing over the hours after 3 convergent zones.
. The Wilson turned east following several freighters and tankers heading east into the Vancouver waterway. Hugging the center of the waterway, the boundary of demarcation.

Tunisadom
On patrol along border with Libya, a few refugees. Otherwise it is quiet.
.
Aleppo, Syria
In the last two days, there have been some bombs set off killing dozens. There have been several bombers apprehended prior to a bombing. There have also been a few groups of people with AK-47 killing dozens more. 14 were stopped prior to the rampage with 5 captured with the rest starting to resist.
. Despite the bombings, the business owners are still moving forward on the security forces that they are employing and expanding. The challenges will continue.

Ft. Randolph, Panama
Ranger Training
2 mile swim was underway, it was more rough than normal from low pressure storm coming in.... rescue boats had to pick up 5 swimmers on the 1 mile swim out. The rest of the swim was called off. Boats were picking up the rest of the swimmers. Good thing they were all dragging their orange/red life belt making easier to find them. After refreshments and rest on the beach, many received check ups. A 4 mile run along the beach, 2 up and 2 back. Then running in the surf, knee deep water.
. After lunch and resting on the beach, drive back to camp and instruction on first aid, emergency carry-transport discussion. Experience military NCOs presented techniques that they had employed sharing ideas. Some photos were presented of different in the field creations to extract wounded personnel.
.
Monacodom
Senior leadership discussion on the Sea Dart program. More research and discussion will continue after 2 1/2 hour presentation and discussion.
.
Tunisadom - Libya border
More refugees are coming to the border. A few are wanting to return. Dozens of 'family' tents have been set up and facilities for the refugees. Set up for over 10,000, currently on site are about 600 people.

Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo programs all experienced set backs as did Thomas Edison & the light bulb. Use of unconventional forces is utilized none the less.
Ask Winston S Churchill.
