If you don't want to go all the way to Saudi maybe you can offload your troops in Tunisiadom. The CoC has troops there to defend against the Eurasian Empire too.

Or you could wait until the war starts.

The ROD will not be deploying any more units for a while.

We will travel to Saudi Arabia instead, as the last thing we want to enter into CofC Territory since the disaster in Mauritania. The RCN fleet will anchor near the Red Sea entrance to the Suez Can-al.

OK. When you depart the SPOE (Sea Port of Embarkation) I need to know what is on each transport (which unit and how many vehicles or if it’s supply). I need to know what port they are leaving from and what their destination is.

For the RCN I need to know what ships, what port, and their destination. If the Navy is escorting the transports I need to know that too. You can e-mail me or PM me if you don’t ant anyone to know about any subs or what is on the ships. Once the game starts in earnest we’ll do the daily orders via e-mail.

It takes a full day to load a ship and a full day to offload at the destination. Most major ports can handle 2 transports at the same time (or 1 transport and 1 cargo).

I had 2 cargo ships leave today. Here is what my tracker looks like:

There has been a change of the roster in the 2nd NCAF Brigade, the Commander of the Canadian Airborne Regiment has declined the request to join on the Libya campaign, citing that it would be Suicide to send the Canadian Airborne Regiment to a large engagement aginest the Eurasian Empire. Instead the slot in the Brigade will be taken up by the 49th Edmonton Regiment.

And we just found out from a cell phone video posted on the Militias website a that the stolen freighter carrying the group has arrived In a Libyan port, they are working with the rebel groups in the area to help fight off the foreign army's that entered into the country and that will include the ROD.

There aren’t any rebel groups in Libya at the moment and the Eurasian Empire is effectively in control of the country and its infrastructure, to include the ports. If you really want to play this hijacked freighter full of militiamen I see three options for you:

1. The Imperial Navy tells them to stay out of Libya, so they find another port in another country.
2. The Imperial Navy tells them to stay out of Libya, but they pull into port anyway and they are met with overwhelming force at the dock and they are taken into custody. This is a public relations win for the Eurasian Empire as they have shown restraint in not sinking the ship and they are enforcing the law by arresting these criminals.
3. You can have an alternate Libya for your own wargame where you are fighting militiamen instead of the Eurasian Empire.

I’ll take option 2 the Militiamen will enter port and clash with the Eurasian Empire and captured.

Camp Gretzky Saudi Arabia.
The first wave of New Canadian forces has arrived at their own camp, the engineer teams will be hard at work setting up the huge tents for the soldiers, and fancy prefabricated air conditioned houses for the Officers of the regiments deployed there, once thats done they will establish contact with the Brigadier General in CFB Lahr to let them know our progress and await further instructions, hopefully the Saudis will not pose a problem.

CFB Lahr
Brigadier General Fitzgerald and his Division command staff are ready to receive our orders from the ROD in Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile at Camp Gretzky, Colonel Orr is organizing the newly arrived troops into their Regimental Tents, a large supply depot is being established to receive supplies by ship and by air. at the Regimental Command tent the Officers are gathering around to discuses different battle plans that hopefully will work against the Eurasian Empire, they do not want another failed Military campaign, so they will have to be cautious with their decisions.

Saudi Arabia
The New Canadian Engineer regiments are hard at work digging out trenches and static defensive works for the infantry from both ROD and NC army units to lay in for the fighting ahead, the RCN Warships already at the scene will be patrolling the Suez for any suspected activity from the Eurasian fleet.

CFB Lahr Germany.
Brig General Fitzgerald slumped in his chair with a look of fright on his face, as he contemplates the choices that he made during this operation.
“Wh-What have I done? My Pride, my Dreams of winning this war dashed before my eyes, I-I have vastly underestimated the strength of the imperials and their General, I let the ROD down, I should have sent the whole division and not a single brigade and made the mistake of destroying the Bridge with the air strike when I should have seized it instead but I did not have the troops for it. Now the ROD only has 2 brigades across the ** CENSORED ** against the full force of the Eurasian empire. My costly mistake may have doomed us all.” The Brig General then left the operations room and into his private quarters, locked the door and weeped in tears. Moments later a gunshot can be heard from his room.

A New Brigider General and his command staff will be flying into Saudi Arabia to take command in the field and try to salvage this situation, his name is Alex Montgomery.

And he brought with him the Canadian Airborne Regiment.
